He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Hoffman and Ethel Hoffman (Barber); and his siblings-in-law, Dick and Connie Jelinek. He is survived by: his wife Ginger; his children, Carley Neuhaus (Noah) and Kyle Hoffman of Rochester, MN; his siblings, Marcia Peterson (Darrell) of Rapid City, SD and Mike Hoffman (Julie) of Blooming Prairie, MN; and his sister-in-law Tracey Bengson (Bob) of Litchfield, MN. He is also survived by several nephews and a niece and their families; cousins and friends.

Mark's family would prefer memorials to Timberwood Church or DAV in lieu of flowers.
