He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herman Hanson and Judith Hanson (Tungland); his wife Joanne Gjengdahl; his children, Linda Trombley and Paul Hanson (Sonja); his stepson Steve Newman (Stacy); his sister Ardis Dorsey (Bill); and his close friend Kathy Hannay. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
