It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gene Kerger (Pequot Lakes, Minnesota), who passed away on October 11, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Evald Kerger and Lydia Kerger; his wife Mary Lee; his daughter Leah; his great grandchild Violet; his sisters, Iris and Harriet; and his siblings-in-law, Albion, Beulah Yearous, Gene (Merlie), Delmar and John.
He is survived by: his child Kraig; his family, Leah, Krystal and Mike; his children, Krystal Lyonais (Sam) and Mike (Del Ria); his son-in-law Galen Carlson; his grandchildren, Jory (Megan), Jenna (Garrett), Brianna (Brian), Courtney (Joe), Valorie, Zack (Nicki), Mikyla (Austin), Keean, Corissa, Aisley and Payslen; and his sister-in-law Virginia Yearous. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; and lots of nephews and nieces.
