We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2019, at the age of 84, Celia Foss (Pequot Lakes, Minnesota) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Donald; her parents, Edward Charest and Helen Charest; and her siblings, Dorothy Cannon and Jim Charest.

She is survived by: her sisters, Eva Kreitz, Mary Sell, Chanel Hayford and Jane Robinson (Dale). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
