He was predeceased by: his mother Daphne Ralph; his stepfather Wilbur Ralph; and his siblings, Dennis Moore (Eleanor) and LaDonna Moore. He is survived by: his wife Janice Moore; his children, Lisa Moore and Dale Moore (Jen); his grandchildren, Abby, Connor, Joey and Sully; and his brother Gary Moore (Mirita). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many extended family.
