He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Netland and Vernita Netland (Wrigg); his wife Merry Forsell; his stepfather Kermit Olson; and his brother Larry Netland.
He is survived by: his children, Jason Netland (Rachelle) of St. Augusta, Benjamin Netland (Nicole) of Mahtomedi and Angela Nelson (Andrew) of St. Augusta; his grandchildren, Lyndsey Netland, Lauryn Netland, Ella Netland, Walker Netland, Kierstyn Nelson and Maren Nelson; and his brothers, Galen Netland of Texas, Arlen Netland of Brooten and Wayne Netland (Denise) of Pennock.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Frank Lake Covenant Cemetery or CentraCare Foundation-Heart and Vascular Center.
