He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Daisy Windom (Fineday) and Arthur Windom; his wife Shirley; his daughters, Imogene and Roberta Williams; his siblings, Joe, Martin and Alice; his grandsons, Lawrence Hart, Jr. and Robbie Rederth; his nephew Patrick Smith; his children, Levi Williams, Sr. (Robin) of Bemidji, Damascus "Troy" Williams of Pennington, Lisa Williams of Pennington and Barbara Ann Jens (Gene) of Sisseton, SD; and his nieces, Barbara, Doreen Smith and Nancy Hart. He was also cherished by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and other family members.
