It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles McDonald of Pengilly, Minnesota, born in Wadena, Minnesota, who passed away on April 25, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira E. McDonald and Mabel McDonald (Mangels); his wife Delores J. Plautz; his son James; his grandson Eric; his stepgranddaughter LaDonna Upchurch; his daughter-in-law Gloria; and his sisters, Dorothy, Ella, Hazel and Marion.
He is survived by: his brother Mine; his children, David (Mary) of Bovey, Michael (Debra) of Bovey, Jerome (Kathy) of Ocean View, Marilyn LaRock of Pengilly, Robert of Pengilly, Mark of Lithia, FL, Judith of Bovey and Timothy of Bovey; and his daughter-in-law Shirley of Bovey. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
