He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Haukebo and Olive Haukebo (Thompson). He is survived by: his sister Kris Van; his niece Vanessa Van; his nephew Toby Van (Amy); his great-nephew Richard Van; his great-niece Mercedez Liljequist; and also, Gio'vanni and Aiyanna.
