He is survived by: his children, Thomas Shulstad (Jane), Karl Shulstad (Patricia), Sheila Emerson (Russell), Philip Shulstad (Robbie), Jacquelyn Scott (Mark) and David Shulstad (Christie); his daughter-in-law Susan Shulstad; and his grandchildren, Amy Hodenfield (Alan), Nathan Shulstad (Ali), Eric Shulstad, Chris Shulstad (Valerie), Matt Shulstad (Julianna), Josh Shulstad (Cara), Michael Scott (April), Andrew Scott (Alexis), Alyssa Scott, Joe Shulstad (Jess), Katie Nordick (Tyrell), Amanda Backstrom (Kevin), Adam Shulstad (Kathryn), Tyler Scott (Devin), Falon Whittier (Alex), Peter Scott (Abby), Nichole Jeral (Nolan) and Bailey Christianson (Spencer). He is also survived by 28 great grandchildren.
