It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlan Evenson (Pelican Rapids, Minnesota), who passed away on February 27, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Evenson and Nina Evenson (Bjerke); and his brother Gerald (Maxine). He is survived by: his wife Marlene Lund; his children, Brian Evenson (Connie), Linda Zsedeny (Gene), Carol Osten (Mike) and Michael Evenson (Sandy); his grandchildren, Janelle Berseth (Nathan), Jonah Evenson (Erin), Andrew Evenson, Jessica Hibl (Zsedeny), Christa Zsedeny (Jake Weber), Riley Zsedeny, Stacie Graham, Thomas Graham, Alisha Simones (Jer), Elizabeth Osten, Megan Osten, Brock Evenson, Tyler Evenson and Carter Evenson; his great grandchildren, Payton Sharp, Ciara Hibl, Samuel Osten, Bianca Berseth, Elijah Osten, Cora, Jack Marlan Evenson, Olivia Weber, Jack Simones and Charlotte Weber; and his siblings-in-law, Audrey Missinne and Barry Bratland (Peg). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
