He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Rice and Lois Rice (Walstrom); and his brothers, Duane and Bruce. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Shawna, Jeff (Julie) and Justin; his grandchildren, Andrew, Melissa, Paige, Darian, Tiana and Olivia; and his siblings, Lee Rice and Susan Moses. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
