He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Severson (Washek); his parents-in-law, Jack and Faith Lewis; his grandparents, Leo, Dorthy Washek, Ludvig Severson and Mildred Severson; and his brother-in-law Ray Cossette.
He is survived by: his father Earl Severson (Bud); his wife Julie; his son Jordan Severson; his sisters, Barb Ecker (Daryl) and Debbie Cossette; his sisters-in-law, Jennifer Fiedler (Todd) and Kristie Lewis; his nieces and nephews, Kyle Ecker (Suzie), D. J. Ecker (Sami), Stephanie Bond, Chad Cossette, Faith and Jackson Fiedler; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Mackenzie, Dakota, Ashton, Brody, Greyson Ecker and Aiden Bond; and also, Willow Ecker and Julie Severson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Leonard's Catholic Church (36 1st Ave NE, Pelican Rapids, MN 56572). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
