He is survived by: his wife Lynne Ann Clements; his sons, John Hagen and David Hagen Jr.; and his siblings, Carole Odegaard (Darrell), Margaret Bloomgren and Clyde Hagen (Cindy). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
