She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Kurtz and Irene Kurtz (Bolstad); her sister Rosemary Hagen; and her siblings-in-law, Wayne Slotten, Dale Slotten, George Schaffhausen and Loraine Slotten.
She is survived by: her husband Russell H. Slotten (Russ); her children, David Slotten (Vanessa) of Pelican Rapids, MN and Janelle Strom (Terry); her siblings, Jocelyn Schaffhausen and Clint Kurtz (Pat) of Norwood, MN; her siblings-in-law, Art Hagen of McCloud, ND and Dulcie Slotten of Fargo, ND; and her grandchildren, Logan, Grant Strom, Larisa and Erik Slotten.
