He is survived by: his wife Carol Margaret Jacobson; his sons, Michael (Laura), Jay (Stephanie), Erik (Kayla) and Nicholas (Kayla); his grandchildren, Maggie, Grace, Eloise, Soren and Gus; his sister Velma Oakland; his siblings-in-law, Terry Kuvaas, Allen, Gregory and Mark Jacobson (Yukari); his nieces and nephews, Claire Schembri, Leslie Sherburne, Duke, Dan and Doug; his godsons, Doug, Dan, Duke, Leslie Sherburne and Claire Schembri; and his friend Jim Milne.
