He was predeceased by: his grandfather Omer Johnson; his aunt Darlene Pixley; and his cousin Doug Pixley. He is survived by: his parents, Jim and Karen; his sister Sarah; his grandmother Donna; his uncle Dale Pixley; his aunts, Sue Nelson (Jim) and Mary Johnson; and his pets, Ruger and Leo. He is also survived by several cousins, and many more friends.
Adam's final act was to give the gift of life through eye and tissue donation.
