We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2023, at the age of 95, Joyce VanderPlaats of Pease, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Terpstra and Winnie Terpstra; and her siblings, Lois, Jim and Percy.

She is survived by: her husband Clarence VanderPlaats; and her children, Joy Grant (Gary), Carol Rowan (Jim), Larry VanderPlaats (Holly), Melanie VanderPlaats (Stephanie Shaw) and Wendy Jacobson. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
