He was predeceased by: his parents, John Reid and Anna Reid (Blome); his son John; and his brothers, Lyle "Bud" Reid and Lester Reid.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Randall; his children, Emily Reid Schmidt (Jeffrey) of Eden Valley, Keith Reid (Denise) of Eden Valley, Barbara Barlau (Bruce) of Paynesville and Kevin Reid of Paynesville; and his siblings, Norma Mathees of South Haven, Ralph Reid of Annandale, Dolly Schmidt of Fair Haven and Fay Lemke of South Haven. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
