He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Jung and Adelaide Jung (Nathe); his son Michael; his great grandchild Finnian Lingl; and his brother-in-law William Stallworth.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Soliah of Paul's Catholic Church; his children, Marie Lingl (Tim) of Richmond, Susan Lai (William) of Pleasanton, CA and Tom Jung (Shelley Kurzeka) of Hastings; his grandchildren, Sara (Chris), Amanda (Aaron), Andrew (Kristen), Stephanie (Travis), Alex, Samantha, Christy (Jesse) and Walter; his sister Norene Stallworth of Knoxville, TN; and his brother-in-law Chuck Soliah of Eagan. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 10:00 AM at 9 Nov Visitation St., Louis Catholic. A rosary was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 10:15 AM at the St. Louis Catholic Church (505 Burr St, Paynesville, MN 56362). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers to the R.O.S.E. Center in Paynesville.
