He was predeceased by: his parents, Menno Eby and Orpha Eby (Burkhart); his daughter Lyn; his wife Alma Martin; his son-in-law Roman Hershberger; and his siblings, Melvin, Earl, Fannie, June and Esther.
He is survived by: his children, Iva Kauffman (Randall) of Monroe, WI, Rhea Hersberger of Greenville, TN, Steven Eby (Donna) of Albany, KY, Kay Miller (Daryl) of Paynesville, Jay Eby of Big Fork, MN, Dena Miller (Tom) of Sheldon, MO and Orvan Lee Eby (Christy) of Abbeville, SC; and his brothers, John and Mark Eby. He is also survived by 36 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren.
