She was predeceased by: her parents, Aloys Sumbs and Johanna Sumbs (Scheerhorn); her husband Louie; her grandson Cory Wendt; her son-in-law Curtis Wendt; and her brother Aloys Sumbs Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Wendt of Monticello, Judy Johnson of Litchfield and Linda Schaefer (Tom) of Phoenix, Arizona; her grandsons, Eric Wendt (Ivy), Travis Johnson (Johanne) and Keith Johnson; her great grandchildren, Avery Johnson, Sienna Johnson, Hurley Wendt and Hailey Wendt; and her sister Kathy Ripley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 10:30 AM at 31 Jan Visitation St., Louis Catholic. A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Louis Catholic Church (505 Burr St, Paynesville, MN 56362).
