He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Ziemann and Olga Ziemann; his former wife Janet Ziemann (Haeckel); his son-in-law Dean Schulz; and his grandson Joshua Schulz.
He is survived by: his wife Margery Jean Ziemann (Capewell); his sister Marilyn Stuckwisch; his children, Jay Ziemann (Lisa) and Suzanne Propoggio (Ron); his grandchildren, Daniel Ziemann (Kaitlyn), Sarah Ziemann, Zachary Schulz and Jacob Schulz; and his great grandchild Finley Ziemann.
