With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry Neal Ashburn of Paynesville, Minnesota, who passed away on March 3, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vinton Ashburn and Christine Ashburn (Neal); his wife Joan Ashburn; his son Michael Ashburn; his siblings, Wallace Ashburn, Ronald Ashburn, Verna Feller, Audrey Jasicki and Royal Ashburn; his siblings-in-law, Marvin Feller, Arnold Jasicki, Ralph Moline, Gary Harguth and Muriel Ashburn; and his parents-in-law, Francis and Margaret Simmonds.

He is survived by: his children, Kathryn Dingmann (Mark) of Paynesville, Jon Ashburn (Lisa) of Sunburg, Dan Ashburn (Katie) of Dayton and Tom Ashburn of Minneapolis; his siblings, Joyce Moline, Jim Ashburn (Twyla), Carol Simmonds (Joe), Dennis Ashburn (Elaine) and Elaine Harguth; and his sister-in-law Lucy Ashburn. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
