He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Sr. Schaumann and Virginia Schaumann (Gruetzmacher); his wife Glenice Olson; and his siblings, Ed Jr. and Jackie Deming.
He is survived by: his children, Malissa Johnson (Tom), Jonny (Gretchen), Pat (Cynthia), Jennifer Athmann (Glen) and Vicki Hawkinson (Doug); and his siblings, Marian Tezel (Gene), Judy Yukon and Roger Schaumann. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
