He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann of Lake Henry; his children, Jeffrey (Jim Burt) of Texas, John of St. Cloud, Pamela Ettel (Justin) of Kimball, Sharon Fuchs (Keith) of Richmond, Lisa Lagred (Aaron) of St. Joseph and Dean (Amy) of St. Cloud; his grandchildren, Brittany Horn, Brett, Brooke Fuchs, Austin Lagred, Kendra and Kylie Horn; his siblings, DeWayne Horn (Doreen) of St. Cloud, Diane Garvey (Dennis) of Watertown, SD and Mary Jane Philabaum of Sauk Rapids; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Horn of Richmond. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
