With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gertrude A. Gilk (Paynesville, Minnesota), who passed away on January 11, 2020 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gogala and Frances Gogala (Geisenhof); and her siblings, Anthony, Joseph, Andrew, Agnes Trenda, Theresa Becker and Mary Ann Frericks.
She is survived by: her children, Dianne Pflipsen (Bob) of Albany, Carol Fischbach (Gene) of St. Cloud, Donald Gilk (Diane) of Paynesville, Mary Lauer (Randy) of Paynesville, Bonnie Gully (Gordon) of Paynesville, Kenneth Gilk (Sue) of Cold Spring, Daniel Gilk of Clear Lake, Joyce Albrecht (David) of Paynesville and Joan O'Brian (Greg) of St. Cloud; and her siblings, John Gogala (Marilyn) and Frances Bryniarski. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
