She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fischbach and Christine Fischbach (Hemmesch); her husband Elmer N. Hess; her son Ronnie; and her siblings, Aurelia Fuchs, Clarence, Harold, Ralph, Vernon, Nick and Jerome Fischbach.
She is survived by: her children, Ken (Lynnae) of Paynesville, Donna Coulter of Paynesville, Jim (Margie) of Paynesville, Judy Hess of Paynesville and Lois Schwieger (Scott) of Willmar; her daughter-in-law Diane Hess of Hutchinson; her sister Arlene Raeker of Crystal; and her close friend Helen Storkamp of Paynesville. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren.
