He was predeceased by: his parents, Ambrose Welle and Ursula Welle (O'Keefe). He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Welle (Petermeier); his children, Lisa Case (Michael), Mark Welle, Christopher Welle (Grace), Gregory Welle (Lynn) and Thomas Welle (Kelly); and his sister Joan Dougherty (Welle) of Long Prairie, MN. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
