He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert Kampsen and Lucille Kampsen (Loch); his son Michael; his sister Shirley; and his nephew Chris.

He is survived by: his sons, Josh (Emily Ligl), Adam (Erica), Shane (Brandi) and Jason; his children-in-law, Roger, Erma, Dennis, Alcuin, Marilyn, Sandra, Janet and Brenda; and his brother-in-law Elmer Von-Wahlde. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
