He is survived by: his daughters, Sheila Shepherd (Paul) of Paynesville, Lisa Winkels (Jim) of Albany and Kim Johnson (Terry) of Paynesville; his brothers, Carl Holstad of New London and John Holstad Prior (Marge); and his sister-in-law Lilah Klaphake of Pierz. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren.
