He was predeceased by: his parents, George Revering and Mary Revering (Klein); his son David; his sister Jane Dorn; his brother-in-law Joe Dorn; his nephew Kevin Revering; his nephew-in-law Scott Panning; and his granddaughter Avery Revering.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Turchin; his sons, George "Dean" (Sue) of Garfield, Dan Revering of Webster and Derek Revering (Amy) of Parkers Prairie; his grandchildren, McKenzie, Andrew, David, Alyssa, Payton and Adyson; and his siblings, Phillip Revering (Westie) of Parkers Prairie, Joyce Lorsung of Alexandria and Joan Shircliff (Don) of Miltona.
