He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kraemer and Nellie Kraemer (Marsh); his wife Mayola J. Brockopp; his son Stacy Kraemer; his siblings, John R. Kraemer, Marie Annis, Helen Kraemer, Kathryn Tully and Alice Osterberg; and his grandson Ryan Kraemer.
He is survived by: his children, Roy Jr. "Butch" Kraemer (Karen) of Willmar, Cynthia Warren (John) of International Falls, Deborah Marquard of Parkers Prairie, Michael Kraemer (Jocelyn) of Detroit Lakes and Beth Anderson (Wayne) of Glenwood; and his sister-in-law Corrine Magnoni (Peter) of Waterloo, Wisconsin. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
