With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Merl M. Pexsa of Parkers Prairie, Minnesota, who passed away on December 5, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Pexsa and Annie Pexsa (Noetzelmann); his wives, Lois Pexsa and Charlotte Pexsa; and his brothers, LeRoy Pexsa and Darrel Pexsa.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Tyrrell (Conrad) of Browerville, Kim Pexsa (Marsha) of Wadena, Cindy Zirngible of Reedsburg, Jan Pexsa (Marie) of Wadena, Connie Kleinjan of Mandan and Tammy Bertram (James) of Hewitt; his grandchildren, Valerie, Jeremy, Jennifer, Kristi, Jason, Amie, Jessica, Karen, Morgan, Dustin and Keisha; and his sister Sonja Lillquist of Detroit Lakes. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
