He is survived by: his wife Rosalie; his son Michael Velde (Toni); his stepchildren, Dustin Speed (Becky), Amanda Rolf (Brian) and Tonya Karels; his sister Melody Faber; his sister-in-law Lorraine Hausmann; his uncle Curtis; his aunt Margaret Hoium; and his pet Boots. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and friends.
