She is survived by: her husband Darrel Carlson; her children, Diane Elmajri of Woodbury, Mark Carlson (Sue) of Parkers Prairie, Terry Carlson (Janet) of Parkers Prairie, Kevin Carlson (Diane) of Woodbury, Dean Carlson (Michelle) of Eden Prairie, Amy Oeltjenbruns (Lyle) of Parkers Prairie and Ruth Porras; her grandchildren, Aisha Robinson (Kofi), Aliya Sullivan (Andrew), Youssif Elmajri, Layla Sayles (Tre), Nathan Carlson (Kayla), McKenzie Price, Spencer Carlson (Kristen), Caroline Carlson, Amanda Sanvik (Tom), Brad Carlson (Carlye), Brittany Carlson (Travis Kopischke), Brandon Carlson (Jaclyn), Brett Carlson, Brianna Carlson, Danielle Stoneburg (Bryce), Chad Oeltjenbruns (Brianna), Jesse Oeltjenbruns (Brooke) and Kali Hoppe (Tyler); her great grandchildren, Evan Knofczynski, Asher, Kai Robinson, Sawyer, Rowan Sullivan, Taius Sayles, Payton, Brylee, Raelyn Carlson, Kade Carlson, Cade, Ben Sanvik, Venna, Dawson Carlson, Brooks Stoneburg, Caleb, Gracie Oeltjenbruns and Jackson Hoppe; her brother Jim Inwards (Harriet); and her sisters-in-law, Gloria Butler, Mary Inwards and Jeanette Inwards. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
