He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Sr. Kamphake and Leopoldena Kamphake (Trisko); his sons, Jerry and Jim; and his sister Rita.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Kamphake; his children, John Kamphake of Parkers Prairie, Jane Hinderscheid (Randy) of Holmes City, Judy Tetrick (Daniel) of Alexandria, Janet Steinbring of Phoenix and Joyce Arnold (Jeffrey) of Parkers Prairie; and his grandchildren, Rick (Alison), Tonya (Tony), Kayla, Aaron, Cody, Cole (Amber), Cory (Amor), Nicky, John Ross (Stephanie), Lee (Emily), Tanner (Stephanie), Brett, Chase, Sydney, Hunter, Levi and Pallbearers. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
