He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Edna Stanek, Sr. (Morgan); and his brothers, Steve, Wayne and Bobby Stanek.
He is survived by: his children, George J. Stanek (Laura) of Olive Branch, Mississippi and Tina Marie White (Aaron) of Wadena; his sisters, Susan Stanek and Catherine Vaslet; his former wife Crystal Riddle of Wadena; his grandchildren, Toby Wood, Jasmyn Wood, Jenna Wood, Morgan Stanek, Cody Stanek, Kymberly Stanek, Leila Sanford, Damian Stanek and Paisley Stanek; and his great grandchild Kaylyn Stanek.
