He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Miller and Rita Miller (Fayant); his stepmother Peggy Miller; his father-in-law Michael O'Brien; and his nephew Eric Fishel.
He is survived by: his wife Jamie Miller (O'Brien); his daughters, Shannon Miller (Heather), Ryan Hegarty (Sean), Chelsie Miller-Starr (Jason), Bailey Lease (Kevin), Mackensie Miller-Fetters (Ben) and Alisa Travaglio (Tom); his grandchildren, Colton, Camden, Ava, Loghan, Finley, Hazel, Milo, Carter and Kaylee; and his sisters, Dawn Fishel (Tim), Vicky Gasparrini and Roberta Miller. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends, and other family members.
In 2001, Bill received a kidney from his sister Vicky and in 2010 received a second kidney donation from another special hero.
