He was predeceased by: his parents, Lionel Ryther and Edna Ryther (Wainwright); his wife Lillian; his siblings, Maude Brohan, Marjorie Ryther, Amy Anderson, Lucy Nordberg, Dana, Paul, James, George and Philip; his son-in-law Curt Dollansky; and his grandsons, Dana Ryther and David Ryther.
He is survived by: his children, Rose Ayversone (Ross), Virginia Dollansky, Lois Novak (Bruce), Beverly Ryther (Jim Hayden), William Jr. (Linda), Donald (Jeanine), Larry (Tami), Michael (Sharon) and Robert (Renee). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren; along with many other extended family and friends.
