He was predeceased by: his wife Theresa Moen (Terry); his daughter LeAnn Moen; his parents, Olaf Moen and Alma Moen; his brother Hilman Moen; and his siblings-in-law, Ray Wysoski of Tony Zidon, L. W, Larson, Joe Wysoski, Jane Zidon and Irene Larson.
He is survived by: his children, Ray (Cheryl) of Glen Ellyn, IL and Kristi (Tom Thompson) of Bluffton, SC; his grandchildren, Andrew Moen of Brownstown, MI and Taylor Moen of Downers Grove, IL; his brothers, Wayne Moen (Susy) of Steele, ND and Wallace Moen (Roberta) of Yakima, WA; and his siblings-in-law, Helen Moen of Lakota, ND, Jim Wysoski (Nancy) of Mesa, AR and Sue Wysoski of Fargo, ND. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
