He is survived by: his children, David Ahrendt (Mary) of Park Rapids, Mark Ahrendt (Madeline Gartner) of Valley Center, CA, Christine Haugen (Arne) of Oslo, Nancy Hammerstrom (Robert) of Akeley, MN and Thomas Ahrendt (Angela) of Nevis, MN; his grandchildren, Sarah, Ryan (Elizabeth), Nathan, Michaela Ahrendt, Benjamin, Hannah Ahrendt, Ole Christian, Thomas Haugen, Brandon Hammerstrom, Cambria, Katya (Kyle), Annalise, Ian and Austin Ahrendt; his great grandchildren, Mabel Grace, Mary Kate and Carolyn Michelle Ahrendt; and his brother Ronald Ahrendt (Lois). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
