She is survived by: her children, Sarah Hawks of Park Rapids, Danielle Hawks of Osage and Cory Hawks of Park Rapids; her grandsons, Jose Fajardo, Jr. and Bayard Carlson; and her siblings, Phyllis Berwald (Henry) of Atlanta, GA, Laurel Miliander (Dallis) of Grand Rapids, MN, Linda Warmbold (Wayne) of Park Rapids, Frederick Barg, Jr. (Melissa) of North Branch, MN and Shelly Grubb of Nevis, MN. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
