He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Gartner and Martha Gartner; his nephew Scott W Gartner; and his brother-in-law Jerry Weiss. He is survived by: his siblings, Carol Hulla (Bob), Leo Gartner (Lynn), Rose Higgins (Jim), Ann Lempola (Greg), Dennis Gartner (Renee), Roger Gartner (Patty), Bernie Gartner (Tracy) and George Gartner (Heather); and his uncles, Johnny and Alex Schroeder. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
