With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack Lee (Park Rapids, Minnesota), born in Salt Lake City, Utah, who passed away on October 27, 2018 at the age of 32. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Garett Lundberg; his aunt Sandy; and his uncles, Bill, Ralph, Kim, David and Anah.
He is survived by: his significant other Carissa Mikesh; his sons, Ryley, Blaze and Diesel; his parents, Carolynn Lundberg of Park Rapids and Jack Shaw Sr. (Pamela) of Fargo; his sisters, Elizabeth Shaw of Coon Rapids, MN, Anna Shaw, Tracy Shaw and LeAnn Grathwohl (Michael) of Ramsey, MN; his niece Olivia Olson of Coon Rapids; his friend Vern; and his wife Sharon. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
