He is survived by: his spouse Nancy Karen Root; his children, Kimberly Jo Kramer (Todd) of Fargo, Randal Donovan Guida (Kelly) of Park Rapids, Travis Jon Guida (Sarah) of Bemidji and Sarah DeAnne Miller (Ryan) of Park Rapids; his siblings, Gary Guida (Becky), Dean Guida (Jeanie), Glen Guida (Janice), Roger Guida (Chris), Curt Guida (Wendy), Richard Guida (Shelley), Peggy Peterson (Vern), Sandra Swanson (Steve), Mary Kittleson and Debra Thompson (Charles); and his aunt Delores Lyden. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
