He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Wicks and Doris Wicks (Ratze); and his brother Duane Wicks. He is survived by: his wife Darla Young; his children, Scott Wicks (Traci) of Longville, MN and Michelle Bailey (Shawn) of Nisswa, MN; and his grandchildren, Zachary Wicks (Caitlyn), Devin Wicks (Alyse), Cadel Roeder, Morgan Hudson (Chandler), Savana Bailey, Ella Bailey, Tyler Bailey, Justin Wicks (Kimby) and Alyson Wicks. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (220 3rd St S, Hackensack, MN 56452). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
