He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Smith and Betty Smith (Schaffer). He is survived by: his wife Carol Smith; his children, Jeff Smith (Paula), Kristie Edelman (Lloyd) and Brad Smith (Lisa); his grandchildren, Taylor Edelman and Cooper Smith; and his siblings, Dale Smith (Sharon), Stanley Smith (Vickie), Lonnie Peterson (Rick) and Renae Reed. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
