She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Nuthak and Clara Nuthak (Stephans); and her son David Machacek. She is survived by: her daughters, Robyn Machacek-Farrag of Owatonna, Kerrie Machacek of Owatonna and Kelli McGuire-Krasin of Waseca; and her siblings, Carl Nuthak of Walla Walla, WA, Arthur "Stub" Nuthak of Butte, MT and Ruth Ann Nuthak-Keller of Helena, MT. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
