With solemn reverence, we commemorate Violet B Wencl (Owatonna, Minnesota), whose life came to an end on January 29, 2025 at the age of 99, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Born and Hazel Born (Chandler); her husband Raymond E. Wencl; and her siblings, Hyacinth, Donald, Iris, Lavona, Fern, Lillie and Stanley.
She is survived by: her daughter Diane O'Neill (Robert); her grandchildren, Josh O'Neill (Angela) and Kristen Turbenson (Karl); and her great grandchildren, Ariana, Kate, Grace and Claire. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Aurora Lutheran Church (6329 SE 38th St, Owatonna, MN 55060). A memorial service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Donations in her memory and honor can be made to Aurora Lutheran Church or Minnesota Hospice Foundation in Lakeville, MN.
